We do not charge any additional handling fee for returns or exchange, you just have to pay the courier charges.
You will receive a confirmation call and a dispatch slip will be shared with you from the warehouse.
Delivery charges are according to the concerned courier service and depend on your city.
We do not ship outside of Pakistan except in Dubai, once delivered to Dubai one can self-pick from the assigned location.
You need to make the return or exchange request within 7 through our website or by coordinating with one of our team members over the phone, mail, or social accounts after confirmation you can hand over the package to the courier person by packaging it securely make sure the tag isn’t removed. As soon as we will receive the parcel back we will notify you.
We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to share a photograph of the damaged / defective product on WhatsApp or email. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.
